Uld har rigtig mange gode kvaliteter, som børn i alle aldre kan nyde godt af. Uld kan bruges hele året rundt, da temperaturen reguleres efter omgivelserne. Uld er også perfekt til meget aktive børn, da uld absorberer sved, så huden altid føles dejlig tør. Uld er selvrensende og skal derfor kun sjældent vaskes (altid på uld-program).
